My name is Narinder, and I was born and brought up in Amritsar, Punjab. My driver and I will pick you up from your hotel in an air-conditioned SUV and begin our journey to the Golden Temple. The round-trip drive will take approximately 30–40 minutes. We will spend around two hours exploring the Golden Temple. As this is a guided tour, I will accompany you throughout the visit and share the history, culture, and significance of this remarkable site. I will also take you to some of the best spots for photographs and guide you through the temple’s famous community kitchen (Langar), where you can witness the food preparation and service firsthand. The Golden Temple’s Langar is one of the world’s largest community kitchens, serving thousands of visitors every day with the help of a large number of dedicated volunteers. It is a truly unique experience and an opportunity to witness the spirit of selfless service that lies at the heart of Sikhism. After finishing the temple tour, then I will drop you off at your hotel.
