Kayak Adventure in Póros Clear Blue Waters Half-Day Tour

Hello I am Spyros and I live in Poros with my wife Katerina. We are founders of our own outdoor activities company and we provide a different kind of experiences in outdoor activities. I am a graduate of the National University of Physical Education and Sports and a candidate of MSc in open water swimming. Also I am a coach of swimming and triathlon. Holding a Emergency First Response certification and a Lifeguard certification you can feel safe in every activity you choose with us. I am an athlete of running, long distance swimming and triathlon. I have competed in the Marathon des Sables (running 250 km in Sahara), I have swam many races of 15 and 30 km in Greece and I swam all the Saronic Gulf for charity (from Pireus to Poros 80 km) . I love to travel that's why I love to combine trips and sports. Based on this I have swam Lake Windermere and Bala in UK. Except all these I love to hike and I have hike Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scarfel Pile in UK and Snowdon in Wales. Other hobbies that I love is kayak and Sup. My love for all these hobbies and sports gave me the inspiration to create the Saronic Outdoor Activities and made me want to transmit my love for sports and adventure to every visitor of my lovely island, Poros. I will be your guide for every activity you choose. For kayak, SUP (stand up paddle), hiking, mountain biking, and swimming even tours around island and mainland. I love my job cause I love to introduce the visitor in the world that I love, the world of sports and adventure. The best feeling in that is the expressions of the visitor's faces when they try something new or visit a new place , general every time they experience something different from the things that they used to do. What is the best period to try new things than your holidays? I love to listen the way that they feel when they get in the crater of Methana Volcano or when they see the view from the Clock Tower of Poros during sunset . These feelings are valuable and that's why I invite you to explore all these together. Poros is a small island at the Saronic Gulf. Is about 2 hours far away from the Port of Pireas by ship. Poros is also accessible from Athens by car (approximately 2 1/2 hours away). When staying in Poros you have the opportunity to visit Ancient Epidauros and Nafplio which are really close (half and one hour respectively). The island of Poros is a beautiful island with traditional small roads and unique little shops, with great blue water beaches and green forests. In that unique island you can also visit the ancient temple of Posidon and the Monastery of Zoodohos Pigi. You can swim and snorkeling at the Dascalio island which you can visit it by kayak or by boat and enjoy the sun at the Love Bay beach and the Russian Bay. You can enjoy your coffee at the little Cafe near The Monastery of Zoodohos Pigi and in the afternoon walk in the small roads of the traditional center of the island. You can visit unique places with the special hiking tour we suggest such as the Clock Tower of Poros, the old Windmill and the small church of Agioi Anargiri and enjoy the view and the spectacular sunset. Fresh sea food and Greek cuisine for every taste can be found in Poros traditional taverns combined with excellent wines at the local winery.
