In the morning, I will pick you up from your hotel for a scenic 1.5-hour drive to the Dujiangyan Irrigation System, the world’s oldest surviving no-dam irrigation system, dating back over 2,200 years. As you explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site, I will share insights into its history, engineering marvels, and its enduring role in flood control and irrigation. Take in the breathtaking views while learning about its cultural and historical significance. In the afternoon, we’ll proceed to Mount Qingcheng, one of the most sacred Taoist mountains in China, renowned for its tranquil atmosphere and lush greenery. Here, you can choose between a relaxing cable car ride or an invigorating hike up the stone staircases to discover ancient Taoist temples and pavilions nestled within the forest. Spend the afternoon immersed in the serene beauty of the mountain landscape, surrounded by pristine nature and flowing streams. As the day concludes, I’ll ensure a comfortable return to your hotel
