If you visit on your own, it can take 5–6 hours (doesn't include travel time). If you don’t want to delay your later plans or waste too much time, this 3-hour private guided tour is perfect. I will take you to the best spots to watch the pandas up close and enjoy the best views. You can efficiently explore the bases' main highlights without spending hours finding your way around the large park. Along the way, I’ll share interesting stories about panda habits, diet, conservation efforts, and breeding programs. This tour is more than just seeing pandas. You’ll learn plenty about them. The price you see includes a private vehicle with a dedicated driver for up to 3 people. We can also do this tour by public transit instead. The price will change accordingly. Pandas can be viewed both in the morning and afternoon (except June to August). Don’t be misled by information online, although most guests prefer an early morning start. In fact, as long as the weather is not hot, you can see pandas for most of the day. I will pick you up at your hotel, then we head to the panda base. On the way, I will tell you about Chengdu and its interesting local customs. When we arrive at the base, we will watch the giant pandas and explore the park together. We will look for active pandas and take photos at great viewing spots. I will share fun facts about panda feeding habits and conservation work. At the end of the tour, I will drop you back at your hotel.
