The Forbidden City covers an area of 72 hectares ,it started to built in 1406 and finished in 1420 , It was the palace of Ming and Qing dynasties for a total of 491 years . There were total has 9999.5 rooms ,There are 24 emperors who lived inside . In 1987, it was listed as a world heritage site by UNESCO. The forbidden city from north to south is 960 meters long and 750 meters wide from east to the west . it is total has 72 hectares .Within 280 group buildings and more than 980 houses . The layout is Front Court and Rear Palace ,which means the front court for state affairs and the rear palace as the living quarters .There are Meridian Gate (Wumen) ,as the entrance and following six Palaces arrange at central axis way .There are more than 1 million local works and 100 thousands artisants who use 14 years to build , It is Solemn , Megnificent and splendid. It is a huge and great work in the World .

Within 5 hours we will visit The Forbidden city - the biggest royal Palace in the world. I will pick you up at 8:00 am in the morning in your hotel lobby and send you back at 1 pm our tour is 5 hours . Becaure of the Forbidden City tickets need 7 days earlier to grabbing in the evening , so usually in the holidays , July ,August - summer vacation is hard to get the tickets .
