Hello! My name is Albert, and I have been living and working in Beijing for over 10 years. I am a professional English-speaking tour guide with a deep passion for sharing the history, culture, and real life of China with travelers from all over the world. Beijing is not just a city I work in - it’s my home. Over the years, I have explored its famous landmarks, hidden hutongs, local neighborhoods, and ever-changing modern districts. From the Forbidden City, the Great Wall, and the Temple of Heaven to quiet alleyways, local markets, and authentic restaurants, I love helping visitors experience both the classic highlights and the lesser-known local side of the city. As a guide, I believe a great tour is more than just facts and dates. I focus on storytelling, cultural insights, and personal experiences, making history come alive and helping you truly understand how Chinese culture, traditions, and daily life connect past and present. I’m always happy to answer questions, explain local customs, and share honest perspectives from someone who has lived here for many years. I specialize in private, flexible, and customized tours. Whether you are visiting Beijing for the first time, returning for a deeper exploration, traveling with family, or looking for a relaxed pace or an in-depth cultural experience, I will tailor the tour to your interests, schedule, and travel style. My goal is simple: to help you feel comfortable, curious, and inspired while discovering Beijing—and to make your time here memorable, meaningful, and truly local. I look forward to welcoming you to Beijing and showing you my city through local eyes.
