Overview of your Beijing tour
Lama Temple, also called Yonghe Palace, is the largest and best preserved lamasery in Beijing. It once was the residence of Emperor Yongzheng , Lama Temple is comprised of pailou, Grand Hall, Yongyou Hall, Falun Hall and Hall of Boundless Happiness. There are three wonders inside. One, Red sandalwood 500 Arhats carving . Two, 26 meters high white sandalwood Maitreya Buddha. Three, Nan mu wood carving with 99 dragons around . There are rich collections of cultural relics which are preserved in Lama Temple . Include Tangka paintings . The Temple of Heaven is located in southern Beijing. It was the place where the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties would worship the god of heaven and pray for good harvest. Covering an area of 273 hectares, it is the largest architectural complex in the world for rituals to pay homage to heaven. The hongqiao and Tianya market is largest market in Beijing ,there are more than one thousand kind of gifts and handicrafts can buy and bargaining.

I will pick you up at hotel lobby at 9:00am , by taix or didi , from 9:30 am to 11:00 am we will visit the lama temple .pray and take photos 11:30 am we can enjoy a tea ceremony then to a local restaurant have lunch . afternoon to visit the temple of heaven .
