There are two options given and you need to choose one you like best. I guarantee both options will leave you an everlasting impression during your short visit in Beijing! First option is the Beijing downtown and the second option is to visit Mutianyu Great Wall. I'll wait for you at the airport, (Beijing has 2 airports, Beijing Capital international and Daxing. Daxing airport is much further than Beijing Capital airport to the downtown or the Mutianyu Great Wall. It takes about 1 hour drive from Beijing International airport to the city and one hour 30 mins to the Mutianyu Great Wall. Tour cost more if your flight is landed at Daxing airport. Depends on how long you have, I can also suggest some other city attractions such as Hutong area where you can see the narrow city lanes in Beijing, see the Drum tower, Bell tower, the Summer Palace, the Temple of Heaven.if we can make it to the night, we get to see the city illuminated. The most magical sights ever!
Alexandra was a great guide and helped us get from the airport to the Great Wall and back in time for our flight. We forgot some pictures from the wall in her car and she actually got in contact with someone and got our pictures delivered to us while on the airplane! Awesome! Thank you again for the wonderful time!
We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon layover tour with Alexandra! She shared so much interesting information about the Great Wall and the history/culture of China in general. And her English is impeccable! She customized the tour to our interests and was sensitive to our personal needs (food, rest, bathroom breaks). Plus she was just a pleasant, interesting person to spend time with. I especially appreciated her willingness to schedule our very last minute booking.
We did a tour from the Beijing airport during a long layover Alex did an incredible job of ensuring my handicapped wife was able to get to the Great Wall by car and wheelchair all the way there and back. Including a delicious Chinese lunch. She even saw us through to security at the airport.
Alexandra did a great job customizing this tour for me. She was also very helpful setting up a daytime tour with her colleague, because she was already booked. She did a good job showing me exactly what I wanted to see and made very useful suggestions. Alex is an entertaining guide.

Alex was very knowledgeable and more than helpful and walked me right back to my airport departure point after even checked me into the flight. The driver, however, made me nervous as he was using his cell phone while driving in heavy Beijing traffic.

OR Option B: - Mutianyu Great Wall - I will meet you at the Beijing international Airport and we will head to Beijing countryside to visit Mutianyu Great Wall, the lesser crowded side of Great Wall. It takes about 1 hour 20 mins drive to the Great Wall.
