Join me for a unique experience in the Puritama reserve, located over 3,000 meters above sea level. Get ready to hike through stunning landscapes, including a hidden ravine that leads to the Puritama River where you'll get to enjoy its relaxing waters and the peace that emanates from the natural surroundings. Together we'll pass by the indigenous community of Guatín in a downstream exploration along the winding course of the water surrounded by cascading waterfalls and ancient volcanic rocks. Each step will reveal the beauty of this hidden oasis. We'll enjoy finishing the day together admiring a spectacular sunset in the pre-Andean area, a perfect moment for contemplation and connecting with the energy of the place. Your San Pedro De Atacama tour itinerary
·The excursion begins with a pick-up at your hotel, from where we will head directly to the impressive Puritama Reserve. ·Here, we'll begin our scenic hike to the Puritama River, at the end of which we'll take a break to relax in the soothing thermal pools for up to 2 hours. ·After renewing our energy, we'll continue our adventure to the Cactus Valley. ·We'l later stop in Guatin to explore the area, taking a picturesque walk among the giant cacti. ·We'll then continue downstream to discover beautiful waterfalls. ·At end of day, we'll enjoy a breathtaking sunset in a serene setting surrounded by lush vegetation and the soothing sound of water. ·To conclude this memorable day, we'll savour a cup of coffee, local herbal teas and a refreshing cocktail while appreciating the vibrant colours of the desert from above. ·I'll drop you off at your hotel at night, filled with fond memories and a sense of tranquility.

We will explore the desert in different vehicles, depending on the number of passengers and vehicle availability. We'll have at our disposal both the UAZ Bukhanka minivan and either a Toyota 4Runner or a Nissan Pathfinder from 2005. All of these models are 4x4 (four wheeled drives). The Bukhanka is our favourite in Atacama, as it is perfect for capturing the most photogenic spots in Atacama, compared to the practicality of the Nissan and Toyota.
