In the past, I made a living as an engineer, but I have always been an avid explorer, traveler, mountaineer, and cycle enthusiast at heart. This is why today I dedicate my life to this endless search for unexplored territory and new routes so that I can share these experiences not only with loved ones or in solitude, but with other like-minded travelers who share this same passion as well. Although I was born in the south of the country, I moved to San Pedro de Atacama, with my family, around 8 years ago, and I did realize this is a perfect place to begin any adventure trip, because is at middle altitude at the foothills, then you can aclimatize in a quiet town with all the basic services for you and be ready for a trip to the Altiplano (highlands), the most beautiful wild landscape in my opinion. After cycling, mountaneering and hiking for the whole country and some parts of southamerica, I think I can really suggest what are the most interesting places in Chile and around. Anyway, because I love exploration, I will be always creating new expeditions here in the platform, then take a look once in a while for these more "unusual ones". Sportive Mountaineering since 1995. High Mountain and Trekking Guide since 2005, including Mount Aconcagua and Ojos del Salado Volcano. More than 15 expeditions to 6000-meter mountains in Chile, Argentina, Perú, Bolivia and Himalaya. More than a hundred climbings in the mountain and high mountain and around 10.000 km of Cyclotourism in Southamerica. Valid WFR certification National Service of Tourism (SERNATUR) registration as: - Local Guide - General Guide - High Mountain Specialized Guide - Cyclotourism Specialized Guide None

Discover Chile’s otherworldly Atacama in a five-day journey that blends desert landscapes, high-altitude lagoons, stargazing and Andean culture. Day 1 begins with a scenic transfer from Calama (CJC) through Rainbow Valley’s mineral-striped hills to San Pedro de Atacama, followed by a night Astronomic Tour to explore the southern skies with telescopes and warm snacks. Day 2 unveils the sculpted dunes of the Cordillera de la Sal and Moon Valley, then relaxation at Puritama Hot Springs and a walk among giant cacti. Day 3 ventures to sapphire-blue Altiplanic Lagoons and the crimson flats of Piedras Rojas. Day 4 crosses the remote Pujsa and Tara Salt Flats, where wildlife roams beneath vast volcanoes. Day 5 greets sunrise at Tatio Geysers, soaks at Blanca Geyser, visits Chiuchiu and the Lasana Pukara fortress, and returns to CJC. Most meals included for a seamless, unforgettable adventure.
I don't have a rigid schedule, because exploration is about discovering new things and new places, and sometimes, when you discover something interesting, you want to stay longer in this place. Anyway, the "a priori" suggestion could be: Day 1. Transfer in CJC - Rainbow Valley - San Pedro de Atacama. 6 hours. Breakfast or lunch included. Astronomic Tour 21:00 - 23:00 hrs. Snack included. Day 2. Cordillera de la Sal (Moon Valley) 08:45 - 13:15 hrs. Baltinache Lagoons 13:15 - 18:00 hrs. Lunch included. Day 3. Piedras Rojas and Lagunas Altiplánicas 08:00 - 16:30 hrs. Lunch included. Day 4. Pujsa and Tara Salt Flats 08:30 - 17:00 hrs. Lunch included. Day 5. Hotel - Tatio Geysers - Blanco Geyser Hot Springs - Chiuchiu - Lasana Pukara - CJC Airport. 06:00 - 16:00 hrs. Breakfast and lunch included. All my tours can be customized upon request
