Welcome! My full name is Kenneth but please call me Ken. I believe that guiding is not just about navigating from one point to another, it's about forming connections and sharing the hidden gems and interesting stories of our history and culture. Victoria is an inclusive and accommodating location for all to love and I strive to reduce the carbon footprint of tourism with the use of electric vehicles and always supporting locals. Also, I hope to always leave you with lasting impressions and unforgettable memories. I believe that the little things can make the largest difference and I am here to make your vacation outstanding! I have always been driven to go the extra distance for people and to provide exceptional customer service experiences. I have 20 years of experience on Vancouver Island, and thanks to traveling it's far reaches for my career and family, I fell in love with Victoria. This was our home long before my young family and I moved here in 2010 from Alberta. We immersed ourselves in the local charm and culture, and I have since found my well matched career in the tourism industry. I transitioned from Security Account Management, handling the high-volume, fast-paced, dynamic needs of commercial clientele, to tourism, where I channel my enthusiasm and background into showcasing the beauty and attractions of Victoria and the Island for all to experience. As a professional tour guide and driver, I have embarked on a fulfilling journey that has allowed me to share my love for Vancouver Island with visitors from around the world. I will use technology to transport you to the past, bringing history to life with engaging stories and interactive elements. My dedication to detailed client services means I go above and beyond to create interesting and memorable experiences for you. I want each tour to be an unforgettable adventure for you, whether it be fast paced and exciting, or easy going and rejuvenating. I am excited to meet you! Your journey awaits! - Thorough background screening provided by Triton Police (Information check with Vulnerable Sector) - Class 4 unrestricted driver's license (able to transport up to 24 passengers with specialized vehicle) - Cleared commercial vehicle inspection report of private transportation - National Safety Code Certificate Number 200134639 - Public Transport Board Reference Number PT70621 - Intact corporate insured - A member of Tourism Victoria 2023
