City tour includes: driving through Chinatown, Historical Downtown Victoria, Fisherman's Wharf, Inner Harbour, view from outside Craigdarroch Castle. Sequence of events depends on time of day. This is a faster pace tour, I also have a 5hr tour if you like to have a bit more time.
