Trails & Waterfront Adventure - Half Day Toronto Nature Tour

Toronto’s waterfront and parks are full of hidden charm, and there’s no better guide around them than a local who grew up exploring every corner of the city. On this tour, we'll go stroll across charming streets and take in waterfront views, possibly stopping any beach you'd like for a quick dip as well as to enjoy the fresh water from one of Ontario’s Great Lakes. On a personal note, I love Toronto's natural side so I usually spend my weekends wandering along beaches, quiet trails and green spaces in general, often discovering spots that most may never find. I'd love to have the chance to share some of these secret locations with you and tell you local stories I've heard about them! Besides this, I'm always glad to give you local input about anything you want to know to make your visit to Toronto informative, fun and effortless.

-Once we've gathered, we'll start our tour strolling along sandy the shores and boardwalks of The Beaches neighbourhood, enjoying lake views and taking in the local vibe. -We'll proceed with an exploration of the Harbourfront, covering countless scenic spots and gardens along Lake Ontario. -Then if appetite strikes, there are plenty of nearby lunch spots where we could go to recharge for the rest of the tour! -Later, we'll stop by some Waterfront gems such as hidden local parks and outdoor paths tucked-away from the crowds. -Then, depending on the time you book this tour, we'd visit Centre Island (open from mid-April to mid-October) or we could go to Ward's Island via ferry for an extra cost. -Finally, we'll reach High Park, Toronto's largest, with picnic areas, nature trails and cherry blossoms in early May. -Once in the park, we'll wrap up our tour with a lovely visit to its zoo. -After we have enjoyed all the beauty and history Toronto has to offer, I'll take you back to our starting point.
