One of the largest galleries in Ontario, the scenic McMichael Gallery just north of Toronto hosts the paintings of the Group of Seven; on the top floor they also have Native Indian and Inuit art. The charming village of Kleinburg with several tiny restaurants is a few minutes away. If you have a late afternoon or evening flight to catch, this is the perfect trip for you. I will pick you up in the morning with your luggage; we tour the McMichael gallery and the grounds, then lunch if time permits, and then off to the airport. So much nicer than just sitting in your hotel doing nothing. Or if you just want a lovely, slow day - this is perfect for you.
