This tour is for guests who want to spend a half day and evening to see popular Niagara-On-The Lake (NOTL) and enjoy the famous Niagara Falls (NF) Winter Festival of Lights. (from November 17th to January 6th) Departing from Toronto in the afternoon, we are visiting two main destinations in the Niagara Region: NOTL and NF. Your local and experienced tour guide will give you background information about the history and nature of Niagara, the Great Lakes Area, and Canada for your maximum enjoyment. Upon your return to Toronto before midnight, you are fully loaded with beautiful memories. NF Winter Festival of Lights is celebrating its 40th year and is an amazing experience for winter. With this tour, you will not only know the Niagara Region, but also gain a better understanding about the Canadian history and identity.
Your Toronto tour itinerary
- Departure from the Greater Toronto Area around 11. 30 am. - Arrival in Downtown NOTL around 1. 00 pm. -Panoramic city tour with your guide. -Free time for lunch and further discovery of the historic downtown. -Departure to NF around 2. 30 pm. -Along the scenic Niagara Parkway along the Niagara River with quick stops (around 5 minute each) at: Mc Farland House, Queenston Heights Battleground, the Floral Clock, power stations and Whirlpool Rapids with the historic Aero Car. -Arrival in NF around around 3. 30 pm. -Free time for your chosen activities, Journey Behind the Falls or Niagara Power Station (choose one of them possibly in advance) or at Table rock welcome centre -Niagara Falls Winter Festival of Lights (WFOL): Enjoy different activities of WFOL including a dinner at your chosen restaurant. (You can get recommendations from your guide) (5 pm to 9 pm) -Departure to Toronto around at 9 pm. -Arrival in Toronto around 10. 30 pm
