Prior to my present career, I was involved in many industries such as education, marketing, publication, oil & gas training, manufacturing etc. Finally, at last I decided to venture myself into Tourism Industry in 2008 due to the huge number of tourists ever since Penang have been awarded by UNESCO as World Heritage Site on that year. I am registered tourist guide licensed under the Ministry of Tourism and Culture of Malaysia, currently a member of Penang Tourist Guides Association. I speak fluently in English, Malays, Chinese and local dialects, such as Hokkien & Cantonese.
