Hello, my name is Matteo, I am a native Sardinian and I've lived most of my life on this beautiful island, except for a couple of years in London and 6 months in Australia and France. I've also worked (as a civilian) for more than 8 years in an important international NATO base in the south of Sardinia.
I have a Master's degree in foreign languages (English and French) but at the university, I've also studied the Sardinian language, Sardinian history, and traditions. I've also attended many courses in Sardinian Archeology, due to the vast number of prehistoric monuments we have in the island.

Sardinia sometimes is compared to a continent, for its variety of landscapes, cultures, languages, and traditions. I would be delighted to present you my island in all its diversities and originality. We Sardinians love our island, we consider it as a very beautiful, special, and fascinating island and we are ready to show you around and demonstrate that our love is fully justified.

On request, I can organize excursions with buses of 50 seats, boats, yachts, and helicopters. Excursions on the occasion of special events: religious, sporting, and local festivals. From 2025 my vehicle used for individual/small group tours will be the new Hyundai Staria Hybrid 2025.

This is a must-see wine tour around the spectacular granite rocks of Gallura: Arzachena, Locusantu, Sant'Antonio di Gallura and Monti. Sardinia and the neighboring island of Corsica are the most ancient lands of Europe, with granite rocks that took shape in the Paleozoic era, more than half billion years ago. It is in the middle of these rocks that one of the most famous wines of Sardinia originates: the Vermentino, but all others typical Sardinian wines are also cultivated, like the Cannonau, Carignano, Cagnulari, etc. The tour will start with the degustation at the Surrau winery ( Arzachena ) with a visit, if wished, to the prehistoric castle of La Prisciona, after to the winery Siddura, near the village of Locusanto ( the Holy place ) famous for the hermitage of San Trano, then to the small winery of Jankara at Sant'Antonio di Gallura and, finally we go to the winery Masone Mannu near Monti, a traditional production area of the Vermentino wine.

An introduction to the Province of GALLURA, and also to Sardinia. A journey back through time, 5000 years of history in less than a day: starting with the panoramic road to Golfo Aranci, then a visit to the church of Madonna del Monte; after we go to Porto Rotondo, the elegant and artistic tourist village of the Italian elite. Then, we will go up to visit the picturesque village of SAN PANTALEO, set between fantastic peaks of granite. Going down the ages, we'll see the gigantic mushroom-shaped rock of ARZACHENA and the prehistoric nuraghe LA PRISCIONA and its village. Going back to modern times, we will go to the COSTA SMERALDA with its capital PORTO CERVO, where we will visit La Piazza, the Old Port and the church of Stella Maris. Nearby we'll also visit BAJA SARDINIA and Forte Capellini, a XVIII century fortress, now a fashionable club bar disco called Phi Beach. On the way back to the port, we can make a stop for shopping or for a visit to the Basilica of San Simplicio ( built in around 1059 ).
