I'm Sardinian and I love my beautiful island, I'm a licenced hiking/adventure guide and I work since 2004. I run - hiking (day hikes as well as multy-day hiking tours) - Jeep Tours mainly in Costa Smeralda and La Maddalena Archipelago National Park. I love my job and I’m very happy to show you famous attractions as well as places off the beaten paths: with me you can discover rocks with bizarre shapes, see a small house inside a boulder, drink cold water directly from a spring, enjoy amazing landscapes and lern about the local vegetation. I'm also very friendly :-) and available to spend good time with you eating local products like cheese, bread and sausage and talk about our culture, traditions and if you want I can also take you in some local shop. Normally I take all my clients to visit San Pantaleo with its boutiques and workshops. I’ve a wide and comfortable 4x4 vehicle with air conditioning.

This site is very interesting, there is: - a monumental emetery called "English Cemetery" because an eighteen year old British seaman drowned nearby from a shipwreck; - there is the Marconi Radio station, used for the first micro wave experimental trials; - ruins of a limestone quarry; - a stunning beach bay called Cala Moresca for a swim opportunity and picnic lunch. Hiking features Highlights: history, nature, landscape Route type: dirt road, well-defined footpaths There are 2 possibilities A Grade: easy Trip length 7 km Total ascent: 30 metres Walking time: 2, 5 hours B Grade: moderate Trip length: 11 Km Total ascent: 340 metres Walking time 3, 5 - 4 hours
- we move from Costa Smeralda and we get to our hiking spot in about 30 minutes driving; - we start our hike on a comfortable dirt road along the seaside where sometimes we can see dolphins - after by trees, bushes and amazing rock formations; - along the way we see a little house inside a boulder and some farms with sheep (in Sardinia they are over 3 millions - 2 times the human population); - the path is mainly easy, we walk calmly and we stop to watch cork oaks, rock formations, trees with strange shape and so on. - we get to the top of the mountain in about 1, 5 hours, the view there is stunning ! - after a little break there, we can stop for a quick lunch in the woods - then we come down again surrounded by cork oaks, rocks, with great views - we'll get to the car in about 2 hours - we drive back to Costa Smeralda This tour can be customized upon request, please message me your ideas. If you are only 1 or 2 people, please write me to set a discount or arrange a similar less-expensive tour, if necessary.

I use a Ford Ranger 4x4 pick-up (year 2021) suitable for driver + 4 guests. The Ford Ranger has got the "PICK-UP AWARD 2020": it's comfortable and modern, with 170 hp ! There is wide space for a fridge and other luggage, and we can load a wheelchair if required.
