Yiasou & a very warm welcome to my page, my name is Eleni. Nothing brings me greater joy than unraveling the hidden treasures, sounds, and stories of less-traveled streets. Over the years, I've been orchestrating recreational walks and have consistently felt a profound transformation while immersed in the great outdoors: a profound sense of grounding, boundless creativity, and a revitalized spirit. My passion lies in forming connections and introducing people to the wonders of our magnificent island. To me, there's no better way to foster these connections than by exploring the city on foot. Like many avid travelers, I yearn to uncover the hidden paths, to immerse myself in the essence of the places I visit. My passion extends to engaging with locals and exploring their cuisine, traditions, culture, and history - all integral components of a truly authentic experience. Combining this passion for guided walks and travel with my 18 years of event management expertise, I birthed my walking tours. Specializing in cultural trips, I aim to unveil the real heart of Cyprus, sharing the stories that often go untold. Each trip I plan is a meticulously curated experience, blending off-the-beaten-path activities to ensure a journey that's not just memorable but also spirited, fun, meaningful, warmly connected, and utterly unforgettable. My purpose is simple yet profound: to provide you with an insider's perspective of Cyprus. Together, we'll embark on a journey that allows you to perceive our island in a way few get to experience. I have a a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a minor in Political Science and have completed my degree in San Francisco, USA. I am also a certified Life Coach. I incorporate mindfulness practices as a certified Mindfulness Practitioner. I have worked over over 11 years in Aviation and 18 years in the Corporate. Education and ongoing learning is extremely important to me. I attend workshops regularly, seminars to remain current in new developments in Psychology and more recently in Cyprus History, Tourism and Travel. I have also been attending seminars offered by the Cyprus Deputy of Tourism Organization. In 2023 I was nominated and awarded by the Cyprus Tourism Organization and the Cyprus Hospitality Organization for Best experience Hospitality Guide. I am passionate about nature and I enjoy hiking and discovering new trails in Cyprus during the weekends and I am also Certified as a Nordic Walking Instructor (Nordic Walking UK) I have a European Driving Licence. Kindly keep in mind that I am not a licensed guide and will not be able to guide you inside of the historical monuments.
