We had 2 amazing trips with Diego. He is so knowledgeable and a wonderful human being. My friend, John (in his 80s), got very tired and Diego and our driver, carried him up steps and gave their shoulders for his support the rest of the way. When I looked back the first time and saw them carrying John, I just started crying at the kindness and patience of both of them....

Would give this more stars if possible. Diego was so knowledgeable and friendly. We would've hiked the forest and volcano and missed so much without him. He knew the bird calls and animal sounds which caused us to stumble into a spider monkey nursery. It was incredible. We have traveled quite a bit, and I have never learned so much about the country I was visiting. ...
