Overview of your Seattle tour
Join me for a tour of West Seattle – the absolute BEST neighborhood in Seattle! I love this neighborhood because it not only is the oldest neighborhood in Seattle (it began with the Denny Party’s arrival at Alki Point in 1851), but it includes a mini Statue of Liberty, a long, beautiful walkable beach, a lighthouse, a park with a hidden troll, amazing bakeries, and ice cream, the best restaurant view in the city, a water taxi and more. It's perfect for adults and families alike. This is the quintessential Seattle neighborhood, my favorite, and a great way to experience our beautiful city. In the summer months, you’ll even have a chance to rent a SUP or Kayak and get into Puget Sound. Great for FIFA World Cup guests. Tour times can be changed to accommodate game schedules.
Your Seattle tour itinerary
• Guide will pick you up from your port, airport or Seattle-area hotel. • Drive to Lincoln Park. Spend about 1 hour exploring Lincoln Park, learning about some of the history of Seattle and West Seattle, and enjoying the native trees, beach and searching for the hidden troll. • Drive to Alki Beach and the mini Statue of Liberty. • Drive to the West Seattle Junction, a quaint shopping district with shops, restaurants and Seattle’s best bakery and ice cream. • Drive to lunch at a choice of spots, including two waterfront restaurants with the best view of Seattle. • Guests will ride the water taxi back to downtown Seattle. • Optional Stand Up Paddle board or kayak rentals in warm summer months.
