I am a Northwest Native who believes that every day should be a good day. One way to make that happen is to get outside and explore! I'm passionate about traveling, learning, sharing, telling stories, hiking, running, walking, skiing and enjoying all that the great Northwest has to offer. Since 2017 I've been guiding guests on traveling experiences and I look forward to sharing this passion with you. I have earned dozens of 5 star reviews from guests who enjoy my engaging and fun personality and appreciate my knack for storytelling, which I have developed working as a journalist and publicist. These reviews are on another travel platform. Message me if you'd like the link. Please let me show you the beautiful Pacific Northwest and all that it has to offer! And if you want your tour customized - or you want additional tour ideas - please reach out. I've lived here nearly my whole life and can suggest many other options to make your visit more than memorable.

Allow me to take you to my absolute favorite Seattle sites. I've lived here nearly my whole life and believe these are THE BEST in-city places to go if you only have half a day to tour. I've been to all of them many times because I love them as a local. You will too when I take you to my favorite places and tell you about my personal history with this fascinating city. This tour can be modified to accommodate the needs of families. We'll stop by the Pike Place Market, where I'll direct you to some great spots. Then we'll drive to the Ballard Locks, where you'll see boats of all sizes move from Puget Sound to Lake Washington, despite the fact that the water levels are 12 feet apart! We'll visit the cute Ballard neighborhood, then end the tour at the one and only Chihuly Glass Museum. Let me show you my city, as I would my best friends and family members. Please note that because this tour is in our 13-passenger mini-bus, it will be led by ToursByLocals guide Evan.
• Pick up from the Port or downtown Seattle. Or meet me at the Pike Place Market. • With advice from your guide, you'll spend about 2 hours at the market to exploring this iconic landmark and enjoy excellent local foods. Guide will make lunch reservations upon request. • We’ll drive about 15 minutes to the Ballard Locks, where you’ll see the “boat elevator” and witness this engineering marvel. During certain seasons you’ll also see huge local salmon making their way up a fish ladder from Puget Sound to Lake Washington. • If time, we’ll stop in the nearby Ballard Neighborhood, where you will have time to explore the cute shops and restaurants in this area, which is where immigrants from Scandinavia first settled. • We’ll drive about 15 minutes back into the center of the city, where you’ll visit the amazing Chihuly Glass Museum at the Seattle Center. • I will return you to our starting place.
Tell your guide which places matter to you, skip what doesn't, and tailor the experience for your group's needs. Not finding what you want? Message your guide to build something unique.
