Way beyond expectations. Rem got right down to business asking what we wanted to see, and then knew immediately where to take us. He had local level experience with all the neighborhoods we saw. It didn't hurt that he is also a professional tour guide in Europe, so you get a real pro. He's not a realtor, and didn't try to sell or promote anything. He immediately started dropping knowledge, without prying with annoying questions. Really good stuff.
