As a Brazilian journalist living in Miami for the past five years, I bring a storyteller’s eye to every tour. I’m constantly exploring the city — from its iconic landmarks to the under-the-radar spots that don’t always make it into guidebooks — and I love sharing both with travelers. My interests naturally shape the experience: visual arts, live music, great bars and restaurants, and shopping in all its forms — from luxury to local finds. I’m especially familiar with Sunny Isles Beach, where I live, as well as Aventura and Bal Harbour for high-end retail. I also regularly spend time in neighborhoods like Wynwood, the Design District, Midtown, and Little River, each offering a different perspective on Miami’s creative and cultural scene. Travelers who choose me can expect a curated, insider experience — less like a scripted tour and more like exploring the city with someone who truly lives it.

Discover one of Miami’s most creative and sophisticated neighborhoods through the eyes of a Brazilian journalist who loves art, culture, fashion, and local discoveries. This walking experience through the Miami Design District combines contemporary art, luxury fashion, architecture, cafés, public art installations, and insider recommendations. We’ll begin at the ICA Miami, one of the city’s best contemporary art museums with free admission, before exploring the streets filled with designer boutiques, galleries, hidden corners, and creative spaces. Along the way, I’ll share stories about the neighborhood’s transformation into a global destination for design, fashion, and culture. Depending on your interests, we can stop for coffee, browse local stores, admire public artworks, or discover stylish spots loved by locals. This experience is perfect for travelers who enjoy art, fashion, photography, architecture, culture, and discovering Miami beyond the beach.
We will meet at the entrance of ICA Miami, located directly across from a public parking garage for easy access. From there, we’ll visit the museum and then explore the Miami Design District on foot. During the walk, we’ll discover: Luxury fashion boutiques and flagship stores Contemporary galleries and design spaces Public art installations and sculptures Stylish cafés and restaurants Architectural highlights and hidden corners Local recommendations for shopping, food, and culture The experience is flexible and can be adapted based on your interests, whether you prefer art, fashion, photography, architecture, or simply enjoying the atmosphere of the neighborhood.

This is primarily a walking tour through the Miami Design District. The neighborhood is very pedestrian-friendly and best explored on foot. For added convenience, I can also offer pickup transportation in my private silver Toyota Corolla 2025 for travelers staying in nearby areas such as Miami Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, Bal Harbour, Brickell, or Downtown Miami. Pickup arrangements can be discussed in advance depending on location and group size.
