While circumnavigating the world, Steve would collect historical and cultural tour information to use in port talks for future cruise visits. While working with Cunard, and became involved with the Port Agency at Port Everglades. He was given an opportunity to re-write, and redevelop the tour offerings which the cruise ships could offer to passengers calling in South Florida. These tours have been in use since 1993. Steve owns a luxury car service, and drives a black GMC Yukon XL, which is licensed and insured. It also means that Steve has completed all requirements for Defensive Driving, a Medical Exam, Chauffeur's License Exams. Steve continues to develop biographies and background stories that add to the rich and colorful cultures within our international community. Steve is licensed with the State of Florida. Half the Distance and Half the Time to Key West - but All the Way to "Island Time"!
Overview of your Miami tour
This is the perfect way to enjoy the Florida Keys, if you don't have time to go all the way to Key West. We will take the famous "Overseas Highway", with views of the Gulf of Mexico on one side, and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. The many different colors of the water will make you feel like you are on an island in the Caribbean. Relax, nap, or take photos of landscapes and seascapes, plus any wildlife we encounter along the way. Your time for lunch will be at a beautiful oceanfront restaurant. They even have a private beach, where you can have lunch. There is a full bar, with fresh seafood, steaks and pasta. Add the ocean breeze… what's not to love? On the way back, we can stop at a special café that has the best-tasting Key Lime Pie in all the Florida Keys! The award-winning pies are made from a special species of lime, brought to the Caribbean by Christopher Columbus!
Your Miami tour itinerary
We begin with a scenic drive, south of Miami Airport, to the "Overseas Highway", where we'll likely see Osprey, Cormorants, Gulls, Egrets, and Herons. Soon, we arrive at Key Largo, famous for its Marine Sanctuary. We will then continue to Tavernier and Plantation Key, noted for boatyards and fishing marinas. Soon, we'll arrive at a famous beachfront restaurant in Islamorada. Choose a table either inside, up on the balcony, the porch, the patio, or my favorite, directly on the beach! This restaurant wins repeatedly "Best Restaurant Overall", by the People's Choice Awards. You may want to pre-arrange a boat rental, or take a jet-ski adventure. Ask about these options before you book! I also have a list of optional stops along the way, based on your interests and available time. Plus, you are free to stop at any photo opportunity or browse at the local gift shops.

I use a beautiful, spacious, luxury GMC Yukon XL with leather seats, 3 rows that carry 1 guest in front, 3 in the 2nd row (bench seat) and 3 in the 3rd row, with 45 square feet of luggage/cargo space behind the 3rd row.
