Travel is my biggest passion. I can freely admit that I'm addicted to it. l have visited 89 countries and am close to my 100-country goal. There is nothing better than arriving at a new place and fully exploring it from a local standpoint. Going beyond the tour books and seeing the uniqueness of every country and its people. That approach has left me with amazing memories, unbelievable adventures, and one-of-the-kind experiences. This journey around the world gave me a unique perspective on being a tour guide. After getting stuck on countless generic tours that spend hours showing off stores and bringing me to places that gave the guides kickbacks, while only allowing ten to twenty minutes at incredible attractions that I wished to explore in more detail. I decided to become a tour guide to ensure that when visiting Los Angeles you take control of your experience and visit each location for as long as you desire while skipping the attractions that hold no interest to you. Being a private tour guide with over 12 years of guiding experience, gave me the opportunity to discover every nook and cranny that Los Angeles has to offer. I don't believe in the idea of one tour fits all. My aim is to give you a personalized and balanced introduction to what this amazing city has to offer. From the major attractions to hidden gems that no tour book will tell you about, we will explore all the glittering facets of this amazing place while learning the fascinating history behind each attraction that we visit. Absolutely worth it! You know you're with an amazing tour guide when children, teenagers and adults are hooked on for 3 hours. Emily is very friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and tailored her tour to our interests and needs. We have used the services of lots of guides in the past, she's definitely one of the best! Emily is a very personable guide who became part of our family during the tour. She told us up front that she would try to customize as much as possible to our interests and wants, from things we wanted to see to where we wanted to be dropped off at tour's end. Emily was an amazing tour guide! She was super flexible as we had a bit of a medical emergency in the morning and she was amazing at accommodating that. Then she took us to all the iconic sights and gave us a wonderful commentary on all the history of LA which was cool. Our kids loved seeing the muppet studios and all the celebrity houses, plus the iconic Hollywood sign. A really great way to see LA and understand the heritage, with amazing personal touches that you could not get from a bus tour! Awesome!

Your Los Angeles tour itinerary

Our adventure begins with a visit to the famous Hollywood Sign, we will see the unique Garden of Oz and amazing examples of Storybook Houses. Next, we will explore all the fun and historical sights of Hollywood Boulevard, including the Walk of Fame, Grauman's Chinese Theater, Hand-prints and Footprints of the Stars, and Dolby Theatre We will pass Hansen Studios (home of the Muppets) on the way to Melrose Avenue. Seeing stores that set all the fashion trends and murals made famous on Instagram and Tik-Tok. The Grove and The Original Farmer's Market is a perfect place to have lunch while observing celebrities and locals alike shopping, eating, and people watching. Our fun-filled adventure continues to the La Brea Tar Pits, Urban Lights, and more surprises. Iconic Beverly Hills is where we will explore Rodeo Drive, Celebrity Houses, and Famous Mansions, plus Greystone Mansion.
