Hello, and welcome to California! My name is Yuliana, and I'm an experienced local guide in the Los Angeles area. Traveling and doing tours for family and friends is what inspired me to become a guide. Exploring different cities around the world, I find I learn so much more about the people, the culture, and the city itself, when I have a local person with me. Having been born in Peru, raised in Los Angeles, and with friends around the world, I am the go-to person among family and friends for showing our visitors around LA and beyond, and I love it! My background is in linguistics, and apart from offering tours, I also give private language lessons and interpret at social justice events in LA. I would be happy to provide any of my tours in English, Spanish, Italian, or Russian. In Los Angeles County, we have the city, the beaches, the mountains, and the desert, all a short drive away. With so much to see, its wonderful sunny climate, and its movie fame, Los Angeles is a popular destination for both tourists and immigrants from around the world. Yuliana was absolutely wonderful in L.A. This was the first time ever using ToursbyLocals and it worked out so perfect. We booked her for 5 hours and she was very accommodating...picked us up at our hotel, we did everything from the Hollywood sign, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Dr, of course me being a 90's teenager she took me to the "Walsh House" & Dylan's house from the show 90210. My husband is a huge Elvis fan so she drove us to a house once owned by Elvis Presley!! She showed us some cool Hotspots, a few houses that were in movies, a very famous crime house from the late 80's! She accommodated me just wanting some pics of the infamous 100 year old palm trees. Anything we asked she made happen! She was fun and took lots of pictures for us!! We ended our tour by being dropped off at the famous đ©·Pinks Hot dog stand-so good!! đ Thank you Yuliana for a perfect and memorable day in Los Angeles!

Yuliana was a fabulous and intrepid tour guide. Despite heavy rain during part of our day she was able to adjust our itinerary and we ended up seeing everything we had planned and more. Our lunch spot was incredible as well. Some of the very best Chinese food we have ever enjoyed. She made our day in LA so very special.
