Aloha! My name is Aaron, and I was born and raised in Hilo on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi. My Hawaiian ancestry can be traced back to the early 1800s, and I take great pride in sharing the culture, history, and traditions that have shaped my home. I originally attended college for Automotive Technology and never imagined I’d become a tour guide. What started as a side job quickly became a passion. I fell in love with meeting people from around the world and showing them the places that mean so much to me. When I’m not guiding, you’ll usually find me outdoors, whether exploring mountain ridges, spending time along the shoreline, or enjoying everything Hawaiʻi has to offer. My tours go beyond facts and landmarks. I share local stories, cultural insights, and the little details that often go unnoticed, giving guests a genuine local perspective. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing visitors experience Hawaiʻi through the eyes of someone who calls it home.
