Hi, my name is Lesley and it is a pleasure to meet you. I am deeply passionate about Scotland and all things Scottish and I am very proud and privileged to be able to share my beautiful country with visitors from all over the world. I have been working as a tour guide since early 2017 having previously worked as a Police Officer, a job that took me across the lengths and breadths of the country and afforded me the opportunity to learn so much along the way. I am a keen amateur photographer and never tire of photographing this wee country that I live in. There are so many wonderful, wild and mysterious places in Scotland and I would love to be able to share them with you. From the castles and architecture in our ancient cities to the vast expanse of wilderness in our hills and glens, there really is so much to see and explore all with their own myths and folklore. It would be my honor to show you the sights of this amazing wee country, and leave you with memories that will last a lifetime, with lots of fun and laughs along the way. I am a retired Scottish Police Officer and have been a guide since 2017. SITOA Member (Scottish Independent Tour Operators Association) Please note; I am not a licensed guide and will not be able to guide you inside of historical monuments. I can, however, accompany you inside and provide a brief overview.

Whisky, without a doubt, is one of Scotland's finest exports and this is your chance to sample the wonderful amber nectar for yourself. Our first stop of the day is Auchentoshan Distillery. After taking the distillery tour you will have the opportunity to sample their wares by tasting 2 different drams. Next, we will be heading off to the most unique of all Scotland's distilleries Glengoyne. Located on the Highland Line which divides the Highlands & Lowlands this distillery produces Highland single malt whiskey, which is then matured just across the road in the Lowlands making it the only whisky to be made and then matured in 2 different regions. Here you will enjoy a tutored tasting of 3 single malts. After all of that whisky it's time to savour the local food at the a traditional Scottish pub. Once suitable refreshed we head to the Clydeside distillery, here you will have the chance to enjoy one of their wonderful 'whisky flights' to bring your day to a close.
Collection from the cruise ship port, hotel, or other pre-arranged location: - Auchentoshan distillery tour (1hr 15min). - Glengoyne Tasting Experience (45min) - Optional Lunch at Birch Tree restaurant near Glengoyne. - Clydeside Distillery Whisky Flight Return to the cruise ship port, hotel, or other pre-arranged location.
