I live in Greenock which is the home of the Ocean Terminal. Scotland is such a beautiful country and I would love to be able to share some of its beauty with you. One of my personal favourite places to visit in Scotland is the beautiful Loch Lomond which is right on my doorstep. I love visiting Loch Lomond for its majestic scenery and enchanted mountains. There is nothing better than being on the 'Bonnie Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond'. I have been a coach driver guide for 25 years and in this time I have traveled the length and breadth of the UK. Inveraray and Loch Lomond & Trossachs Scenic Guided Full Day Tour
Overview of your Greenock tour
Once picked up from Ocean Terminal we will head to Luss (Loch Lomond) through Greenock which is the home of James Watt who invented the Steam Engine. We will then proceed through Glasgow which is the industrial capital of Scotland. On arrival in Luss you will have the opportunity to go down to the pier and to view Luss Parish Church where you can see a Viking grave. We will drive along the banks of Loch Lomond towards Inveraray. On arrival, you will have a visit to the Castle which would take around an hour and a half. We will have lunch in Inveraray where you can enjoy a walk around and can buy souvenirs. PLEASE NOTE THAT INVERARAY CASTLE IS CLOSED ON A TUESDAY AND WEDNSDAY!
