Glasgow Tour Burrell Collectuion and lunch in a local pub - 6 Hours

This being our first trip to Scotland, choosing David as our guide was one of the best decisions we could have made in planning our trip. Traveling with our 3 young adult grandsons and having 3 days in Glasgow before meeting up with our granddaughter in the Highlands gave us a perfect amount of time to explore. David with his joyful and enthusiastic personality and his wealth of knowledge of Scotland made our 3 days wonderful. With a bit of our own input and great suggestions from David our tours with him could not have been more perfect. David was especially mindful to plan outings that our grandsons would especially enjoy, and they surely did. David is the best tour guide you could imagine. Worked with me to customize our itinerary and then adjusted it on the fly when we decided on some tweaks. He is a great narrator and good conversationalist with a clear, loud voice. His van is clean and comfortable and included snacks and water. 5 stars in every regard.

David was so accommodating and helpful from the beginning. I was looking for an experience for my mom and aunt while my dad and I went to golf a round of a lifetime. I was worried about leaving them for that long and making sure that they had an equivalent experience. Immediately after contacting him, I knew David was my guy to make me comfortable. Commentary from the “tour” team: Right from the start he asked what our interests were and curated the tour accordingly. He was well-versed and enthusiastic. His personality was charming and it was clear that he was well-respected among the community and his peers. The authentic dress was also an appreciated touch (by others tourists too). Arranged a private transport from Glasgow to Edinburgh to include stops at The Kelpies and Roslyn Chapel. David met us at our hotel and the trip from there was absolutely the best! David was professional and knowledgeable, offering our group many tidbits of information. This was such a great experience that we booked a second private tour with him!
