Hello everyone, my name is Julia, and I would love to introduce you to the Switzerland I know and love. Switzerland for me is not just a travel destination — it is my everyday life. I live and work in the very heart of Zürich, surrounded by the rhythms, traditions, and quiet beauty of Swiss life, and create tailor-made journeys across Switzerland, offering private tours in Zürich, Lucerne, and Bern. My partner’s family comes from Bern and Zürich, and through these close local connections I have become deeply immersed in Swiss culture and community. My story began with music and theatre: I studied cello at a specialized music school and later graduated from the acting department of the Kyiv Theatre Institute, after which I worked in theatre. This background shaped the way I guide. I spent over ten years living and working in Venice. I started out in a travel agency, which gave me a deep understanding of how trips are organized, and later obtained my official guide license. I led tours in Venice and the Prosecco wine region, combining historical sites with fascinating stories. Now in Switzerland, I continue doing what I love and offer only the experiences that I genuinely enjoy myself. I’ll show you the beauty of Switzerland and its hidden gems. Let’s create your perfect journey together! I have all the requirements of the Swiss government to fulfil professionally my work. I am certificated travel guide of Venice and I have a guide license in the city of Chernihiv, Ukraine. I am not a driver. I can accompany you in your vehicle or I can arrange for a separate professional car&driver. Please contact me even if I am unavailable! Switzerland with Julia.

Discover the enchanting charm of Lucerne, the perfect gateway to central Switzerland. A serene cruise on Lake Lucerne offers stunning views of its crystal-clear waters, hidden bays, and surrounding peaks. Next, we ascend Mount Rigi, the “Queen of the Mountains.” At the summit, Rigi-Kulm (1,797 meters above sea level), we’ll be treated to breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Lucerne and the Swiss Alps. In 1868, Queen Victoria visited Lucerne, spending five weeks here and famously climbing Rigi. Her visit helped establish the city’s popularity, particularly among British travelers, and played a key role in the rise of Swiss tourism. Rigi offers a year-round, unparalleled alpine experience with a 360° panorama. The journey includes the historic first mountain railway in Europe, adding to the magic. Just a short walk away, we’ll visit a traditional cheese factory where you can taste authentic Swiss mountain cheese or savor a delicious cheese fondue while soaking in views of the Alps.
With a breathtaking 360º panorama, the Rigi offers a first-class mountain experience for all four seasons. A very special experience with the first mountain railway in Europe! - One-hour boat cruise on Lake Lucerne. -Further, we climb for about 30 minutes to the top of the oldest mountain railway in Europe, which was opened on May 21 in 1871, from where we will admire a panoramic view of Lake Lucerne - a truly wonderful experience! - Cheese "factory" + little hike - Panorama aerial cableway to Weggis or train -Back to Lucerne by boat. - Lucerne walking tour
