Our group of 8 had a private tour with Robbe to several highlights in the Alps near Lucerne. We let him decide on the itinerary and had a terrific day. We really felt like we had seen a good variety - waterfalls, villages, the gorge, Alpine lakes and woodcarving. Robbe was very engaging, friendly and informative. His van held our group comfortably. Would definitely recommend.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience with our tour guide, Robbe! He picked our group up right at our hotel in Lucerne and gave us a wonderful drive through both the city and the beautiful countryside. Along the way, he made thoughtful stops at stunning scenic spots so we could take in the views and snap photos. What really impressed us was his flexibility. We asked to add something while we were on the tour that wasn’t originally on our itinerary, and Robbe immediately made it happen without hesitation. We wanted to take the lift to the top of the mountain in Grindelwald, and he quickly figured out exactly where to go and clearly explained any additional cost. It made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. He was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and easy to spend the day with. As a travel agent myself, I truly appreciate great service, and Robbe exceeded all expectations. I will absolutely be recommending him to all of my clients traveling to this area!
I had a wonderful day with Robbe. I had told him what types of things I wanted to see and do--I couldn't be more pleased. I also had explained some physical limitations I have and he accommodated all of them. He was even able to take pictures for me and send them. Would definitely recommend this tour if you value a personalized experience.
This tour with Robbe was Great because he is very flexible for what the 4 of us wanted to do and explained the areas we visited along the way Great communication with the Whatsapp. Robbe picked us up in Lauderbrunner at the train station and on we went with our tour adventure with stops along the way to our final destination of Zurich.
