Overview of your Lucerne tour
Join me as we visit world-famous sights such as the Chapel Bridge with the octagonal Water Tower, the Jesuit Church and the KKL Luzern (Culture and Convention Centre Lucerne). On the tour you will learn important and humorous facts about the history of Lucerne and the everyday life of its residents. At one time, 30 towers and ramparts protected our city. Climb the Musegg wall and listen to stories about its construction and some of its towers. Enjoy the panorama and follow the mystic movement of the clock pendulum in the Clock Tower.

Don’t be “just another tourist”walking over the Chapel Bridge, stepping into the first patisserie you see, or hopping on just any boat to cruise the Lake… Take the Guided City Walk with Cristina: she’s an excellent, well-researched, and fun guide. Three hours later an abundance of interesting info about Lucerne, and Switzerland, will be swirling around in your brain! Art and architecture, religious, political and economic history…the culture…she covers it all with great detail and boundless energy! Very informative and fun!

We had a great time with Christina and Lucerne. Lucerne is a very walkable city and her tour hit the everything we could have wanted. Her tour was very fluid as intermittent rain was part of the tour, but we covered a very large part of the old town. We learned a lot about Lucerne and Switzerland and thoroughly enjoyed our tour. We were able to move around on our own the following day and were never lost. Thanks Christina!

During our tour we will be visiting the Chapel Bridge, the Jesuit Church, the old town, the city ramparts and the famous Lion Monument. After the tour I can recommend you some restaurants, shops or activities to do in the afternoon. If you still have energy after this tour we can spend the afternoon together visiting one of the mountains surrounding Lucerne: Mount Rigi, Mount Pilatus or Titlis.
