Hi, my name is Nicole. I live in the Meiringen area, not far from Interlaken in the Bernise Oberland. Close to Brienz. . Hasliberg. . Lake Brienz and lake Thun. . . and only an hour away from Lucerne. Very central to the most beautiful places in the Bernise Oberland and central Switzerland. I know these areas very well, since i've been living here for almost 20 years. I'm a very passionate hiking person and I love to be out in the nature in my spare time. Together with my husky dogs. City tour of Interlaken with the Harder Kulm [ top of Interlaken ) Lake cruises Hiking tours ( possible with husky dogs, if you wish ) Fun tours like the Gelmer funicular/ rollercoaster ( steepest funicular in Europe ) Museums: like the Ballenberg ( swiss open air museum ) Sherlock Holmes museum ect. . And a lot more. . as you wish! I althought like to show you the hidden, secret places, not everyone gets to see. These are my favorite ones ;-) It is a privilege for me to live in the middle of all these beautiful mountains and i'm very thankful for that. All this i'd love to show and share with YOU!!! Overview of your Interlaken tour
Since I've been living in this area for almost 20 years I know it pretty well! Beautiful Interlaken surrounded by snow covered mountains: The Jungfrau mountain peaks out from far and will accompany you while we walk along the small town. With plenty souvenir shops along the way! Visiting the Wild Animal Park with its native wild animals who live in the mountains of Switzerland is a great way to start our tour. And then the highlight would be the famous Hardermountain with a stunning view! The very famous Höhenweg, will be a delight for you. With a stunning view of the Jungfrau mountain! There's nothing nicer than sitting in a nice restaurant or on a terrace enjoying yourself this beautiful view! The Monastery will be another attraction while passing through Interlaken. At Christmas time there's a small nice Christmas market and the famous "Icemagic" ice skating park in winter until February. All this I'd love to show you! And much more!
Your Interlaken tour itinerary
- After we meet at the Interlaken Ost trainstation, we visit the wild animal park, which is nearby the trainstation and Harder station. . - After the animalpark we'll head up to the beautiful Harder mountain. Closed in winter! We can althought have lunch there or later on in Interlaken town. . . whatever you wish. - After the Harder mountain we'll walk toward the west part of Interlaken, which takes us about 30 min. - While walking there, we are going to pass the monastery and have a look there, before we pass the famous Höhenweg, with the stunning view of the Jungfrau! - You can have a drink in one of the nice restaurants, sit out on a terrace and enjoy the beautiful view.
