From I was a little boy, my illusion was to travel all around the world, and now , I can say that I had travelled for more than 40 countries all around the world and I had discovered wonderful places , lovely towns , extraordinary monuments , kindly - sweet and friendly people in my trips . . but , my place for growing , for working, for living, … the place to have my babies and also to die … that place is … Asturias. The reason ? … because I am in love with my land… with the green valleys, with the small mining-towns , with the high peaks of our mountains , with the brave cantabric sea , with the Celtic past , with the sound of the bagpipes , with the flavour of our local cheeses … because I love to feel over my face the cool breeze of the air when I leave my house to go working and f I feel that I am in very special place with history, nature , art , past , safety and … future . That feeling, is something that always , after 25 years of hard work , I try to transmit to my guests , the love for Asturias Natural Paradise.
