Bill was a great guide and extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. He reached out to me shortly after I booked to exchange details and get an idea of what we wanted to see/do. On the day itself, Bill was on time and professional. He was flexible and worked with what my group wanted to do/see. We explored some awesome local bites and markets, as well as some sites and cafes. I highly recommend Bill as a guide if you're in Jeju. He's personable and a great guy to spend the day with.
Bill was great! He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He spoke fantastic English if that is something you want or need. He knew the island great and filled our day perfectly. Without a doubt I would book again if I were to visit Jeju again.
We had an amazing tour of Jeju with Bill! He was very flexible and helped us maximize our short stay on the island. We truly couldn't ask for a better experience. Bill was even able to snag a last minute reservation at Haenyo Kitchen for us, which I highly recommend if you have the time and are interested in the Haenyo women divers of Jeju.
We (3) arrived on a cruise ship. Bill met us and understood the things we wanted to see. He took us to places the ship tours didn't go to, including a tea plantation, two waterfalls, places with nice walks, lighthouses, and a fantastic Korean restaurant where we were the only foreigners. We also saw the big market and Yakcheonsa Temple. There was no time wasted, we saw what we wanted and left. Bill was great to spend time with, he obviously enjoys doing this. Thank you for a great trip!
I would describe Bill as very knowledgeable, fun and very enthusiastic. I would recommend him highly. We had a beautiful tour
