We recently have the pleasure of booking a private tour from Tour by Locals with Angelo in Jeju, South Korea. It was truly the highlight of our trip, the itinerary was thoughtfully planned, balancing must-see landmarks which we never would have found on my own. What impressed us most was Angelo’s deep knowledge of the area’s history, culture, and local stories. We highly recommend Angelo for anyone looking for a personalized, enriching, and stress-free tour. We will definitely be booking again on our next visit!

Angelo did a great job with our group of 5 adults for the day on Jeju Island. He initially put together a nice itinerary to see the sights in the Jeju area and adjusted them as he learned more about what we like to see. He brought us to a neat little Korean BBQ restaurant that was quite different for us..we enjoyed it. He drove us in a brand new Hyundai van that could seat 7 people easily. Angelo is a fun guide to be with.

Despite our cruise ship's delayed arrival, Captain Angelo was waiting for us when we finally docked. The wheelchair accessible tour of Jeju Island he created was exceptional, made better by the local information he provided during the tour. Our stroll through the fully wheelchair accessible cedar forest showed us Jeju's natural beauty, a visit to the Haenyeo Museum gave us a deeper understanding of the history found on the island and the local restaurant he took us to provided a delicious lunch of local cuisine. Our entire group loved our day with Captain Angelo!

Angelo was very friendly and accommodating and he considered my medical condition. He did not rush us but made sure we completed the tour. He gave many facts about Jeju that we are leaving knowing Jeju more than ever. He was fun to tour with and he gave us this relaxed atmosphere. I will recommend his tour highly

Angelo drove and narrated. His Engkish was clear ti understand. His knowkedge of the area was apparent. The restaurant he selected for us was awesome and rwasonably priced. He was jeenly aware of our schedule as we had to be back by a soecific time to re-embark our ship. Highly recommend.
