Traveling from Puno to La Paz is a fascinating adventure that takes you to explorethe best spots on the Aymara route: Chucuito, Aramu Muru and Tiahuanaco. Temple of Fertility in Chucuito, where you will see the penis sculptures dedicated to the fertility on Inca's times. Aramu muru, also known as Hayu Marca or the Gate of the Gods, is a huge stone portal carved into the mountainside near Lake Titicaca. It is said to be a gateway to other dimensions and a place of high energy and spiritual power. In addition to the Aramu muru portal, you will also visit Tiahuanaco, which is an ancient archaeological site in Bolivia, often considered one of the most significant pre-Inca civilizations in the Andes, along with Puma Punku with its impressive stone architecture and monumental sculptures. Your Puno tour itinerary
Our adventure begins early in the morning from Puno, leading you through some of the most remarkable spots along the Aymara route. 30 min away, we'll arrive at the Temple of Fertility in Chucuito, which is dedicated to fertility in the times of the Incas. We'll continue to Aramu Muru, also known as Hayu Marca or the Gate of the Gods, we'll find ourselves in front of a massive stone portal carved into the mountainside near Lake Titicaca. This site is steeped in mystique, often described as a gateway to other dimensions and a place of high energy and spiritual power. After passing the border, in Tiahuanaco, a lunch break awaits us, then we'll visit Tiahuanaco archeological complex and Puma Punku. with their impressive stone architecture and monumental sculptures, because it is one of the most significant pre-Inca civilizations in the Andes. Finally, you will be arriving at La Paz downtown hotels (around Plaza Murillo or 500m around it), if your hotel is in other location, let me know to quote you properly.
