Begin your journey with the archaeological site of Sillustani, located near Lake Umayo. This pre-Incan burial ground is famed for its chullpas, large cylindrical towers used as tombs. The site offers a serene atmosphere and a panoramic view of the lake. Then we'll head towards Lampa: a magnificent colonial-era church. Inside, you'll find a replica of Michelangelo's "Pieta" and an impressive silver-covered altar. As we continue, make a refreshing stop at the Pillones Waterfall. The waterfall cascades down black basalt rock formations, creating a mesmerizing contrast with the greenery of the surrounding landscape. Another breathtaking stop is the Lookout of Volcanoes. This vantage point offers panoramic views of the surrounding volcanic landscape, including Misti, Chachani, and Pichu Pichu volcanoes. Finally, you'll arrive in Arequipa, the 'White City'.
