Hi, I'm Hugo! I was born and raised by Lake Titicaca, and Puno has been my home for most of my life. I've been guiding here since 2010, and I still get excited every time I take someone out on the lake for the first time. That's still what I enjoy most, making your trip easier and sharing the place I'm proud to call home. I'd love to show you the Uros floating islands, Taquile and Amantaní, and the quiet peninsulas of Llachón and Luquina. We can also visit the Sillustani tombs, walk through Puno and Chucuito, or travel together to Cusco or La Paz with stops along the way. I guide trips to Arequipa and Chivay too. Your Puno tour itinerary
Day 1: We'll start by picking you up from your Puno hotel. From there, we'll hop on a boat to visit the incredible Uros floating islands. After that, we'll take a motorboat to reach Amantani Island. You'll enjoy a tasty lunch with a friendly local family and then go on a hike to the island's highest point. Here, you'll witness a stunning sunset over the Pachamama hill. To end the day, dinner will be with your host family. Day 2: Wake up on Amantani Island to a lovely breakfast. We'll then take a boat ride to Taquile Island, where you can explore and hike to the town's main square. Lunch will be a delicious local meal. Afterward, we'll head back to Puno by boat, giving you a chance to enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Titicaca. Finally, we'll drop you off at your Puno hotel, concluding your wonderful adventure.
