Visit Kuckovo, a beautiful village in the Skopje area

Let me take you for a tour of the countryside to the village Kuckovo a place that is very close to my heart. This is the place where my grandparents were born and my connection with this place is very personal and emotional. I know this place from inside, I feel its heartbeat and his soul. Upon our arrival in Kuckovo we will stop on the "main village square" to see the traditional houses and I will show you the house where my grandmother was born. You will see the old stone fountain and people are still coming there to take water, meet with their neighbours and to share some local gossips :) From Kuckovo we will continue up to the Monastery of st. George, we can go inside and see the church with its beautiful frescoes and to go for a walk around. And as the icing on the cake what can be better than to enjoy a great homemade meal (homemade bread, cheese, ajvar and grilled meat). Trust me it's a really unique experience!
