This tour takes you to the only wilderness Park in the world that's in a capital city. This park is a haven for wildlife with numerous sightings of the big cats e. g Lions, Cheetahs and leopards amongst other game. The park has a prolific birdlife and home to Rhino breeding. While here you may also want to visit the Nairobi Safari walk where you get to see some animals up-close or visit the animal Orphanage. This tour can be combined with a few other activities in Nairobi e. g Visiting the museums, Nairobi City , the elephant orphanage , giraffe centre, Maasai markets etc. it all depends with your interest of the day. Nairobi is quite cosmopolitan and have diverse cuisines. One may opt to sample local delicacies, fast food, fine dining . . . . after the tour we will drop you at the airport or your Hotel in Nairobi.
We had the loveliest time during our extended layover in Nairobi all thanks to Rosebell. The convenience of being picked up and dropped off at the airport was unbeatable and within 30 minutes we were looking at animals in the Nairobi National Park we had never seen outside of a zoo. We learned so much about the animals from our game driver Joseph and about the city, culture, and food from Rosebell. We are planning another trip back to Kenya because of this tour!
Rosebell was terrific. She was flexible with our schedule and crafted a great day in Nairobi city and the National Park. We learned a lot about the city. She is knowledgeable, honest, and fun to be with. A great first day in Nairobi.
Rosebell and her driver were great!! She did an awesome job of getting me to all requested sites: American Memorial, Railroad Museum, National Museum, Karen Blitzen Museum, and to the National Park in one day! Plus got me easily to the airport to catch my flight. I made a late special request to get African fabric and she made that happen too! Each stop gave me thorough information without feeling rushed. It was marvelous! For a great Nairobi tour, I recommend Rosebell.
