Jambo |Hello |Bonjour |Hola | Hallo| 你好/مرحبا | こんにちは, I'm the humble recipient of ToursByLocals Legendary Safari Award 2025 (voted for by past ToursByLocals travelers from across the world). Sincere appreciation for visiting my profile and listed tours! Let's explore the underbelly of Nairobi and East Africa, together :) I am a Nairobi-based professional tour guide with over three decades of lived local experience and about 10 years (since 2016) extensive guiding expertise across Kenya, Tanzania, and rest of East Africa. Nairobi has been my home for the past 34 years, and I take pride in offering visitors a deeply informed, authentic perspective of the city and the region beyond. I'll be extremely happy and humbled to take you around this incredible city and the country I call home. I specialize in bespoke, mid-budget to high-end private tours for private clients, honeymooners, couples, families, solo travelers, large groups, researchers, birdwatchers, business travelers, and first-time visitors seeking exclusivity, comfort, and meaningful engagement rather than mass tourism. Based on your preferences, I tailor your experiences through customized itineraries for Nairobi, Maasai Mara, Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, Naivasha, Hell’s Gate, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Zanzibar, Mombasa, Diani, Malindi, Uganda, and Rwanda. I have an affinity bias for lesser-known locations that offer privacy, depth, and authenticity. These unique experiences are complemented by hand-selected four- and five-star accommodation, seamless logistics, and personalized pacing. As my past reviews from travelers rightfully show, I take immense pride in guiding visitors through Kenya’s most interesting and rewarding highlights, including wildlife parks, historical sites, museums, botanical gardens, cultural villages, local markets, art spaces, lakes, coastal destinations, and carefully tailored leisure venues. My tours go beyond sightseeing, offering rich historical and social context and insight into the natural, cultural, and historical fabric of the places we explore. With me, you are not just a tourist, but an integral part of every community, destination, and activity we visit or undertake. For that moment in time, you are part of us. You are us. This is why every journey is custom-designed to reflect individual interests, expectations, and travel style. My professional background includes certification as a tour guide and academic training in wildlife biology. This expertise allows me to deliver intellectually engaging interpretation while maintaining the highest standards of sustainable and ethical travel. This is mainly through ToursByLocals and my local travel company registered and operating in Kenya, Wild World Expeditions, which I started of passion for exploration and adventure. Before registering the Eco-travel company, I worked as a licensed freelance guide for various tour operators, which earned me a lot of experience and skills. Beyond guiding, I actively contribute to environmental research and conservation policy discourse in Kenya. Whether you are visiting for the first time or returning to explore more deeply, I look forward to guiding you through East Africa with insight, care, and professionalism. Please, feel free to book any of the amazing tours I have listed on this platform, or message me so that we can tailor-make one with you, from scratch. Kenya is an amazing destination of choice for travelers who want to have a feel of true AFRICAN awakening spirit. Africa's endless natural, cultural, and social provisions blossom in this beautiful country. It stands out as an African hub for amazing wildlife safaris, adventure holidays, honeymoon vacations, and business travel. With endless choices, affordable comfort, favorable climate, mouth-watering local cuisines, amazing wildlife, booming socio-economic growth, and welcoming people and cultures, you have all the reasons to visit Kenya. Whether you are visiting for the first time or returning to explore more deeply, I look forward to guiding you through East Africa with insight, care, and professionalism. In this tour, I take you to the biggest national park in Kenya! The park is unique for its herds of dust-red elephants and hosts more than 10, 000 of them. The Southern part of the park, near river Galana, is ideal for safaris as it provides amazing variety of wildlife. Even though Tsavo East and West National parks are only separated by the Nairobi-Mombasa highway, they are distinct in a number of ways-varying ecosystems. Tsavo West is mainly characterized by wooded and hilly landscapes, volcanic cones and black lava flows. The Chyulu Hills National Park is an extension of Tsavo West National Park, dotted with Maasai villages, with roaming lions and other wild animals. The reserve is a perfect getaway to Kilimanjaro slopes, as you will notice when heading to the amazing Amboseli National Park, second most popular park in Kenya, for excellent views of Mt. Kilimanjaro and large elephants. You will enjoy the most out of this tour if you book with me because I have it at the center of my travel interests.
Day 1: Pick up in Nairobi and head to Tsavo West via the vast Kapiti plains. Lunch at your camp, then embark on an evening game drive. Day 2: Visit the rhino sanctuary, mzima springs in Tsavo West, and the vast landscape filled with thriving wildlife. After lunch, depart for Amboseli National Park. Day 3: Enjoy amazing morning game drive in Amboseli National park, coupled with amazing views of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Have picnic lunch inside the park at the view point. Later in the afternoon, depart for Chyullu Hills. Day 4: Visit the Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary at the base of Ngulia Hills for a great chance of spotting black rhinos. After lunch, depart for Tsavo East National Park. Day 5: Full Day Exploration of Tsavo East National Park. Day 6: Breakfast then depart for Nairobi.
