The secret to a Kenyan safari is knowing where to be and when to be there in order to enjoy the great adventure. This tour takes you to calving season down Mara area, where an estimated 500, 000 young wildebeests are born and to mid Northern Kenya to watch some of the best protected elephant families with plenty of hunts and kills happening as the concentrated herds attract a good number of lions, cheetah and hyenas. Parks to be visited are Samburu National park, Mara National reserve and Malindi Marine Park at the Kenyan Coast. These have always been in my bucket list of go-to places whenever I desire a great beach-to-bush safari experience. I simply love the ability to offer a near complete image of the entire Kenyan safari scene.
Suggested and flexible itinerary: Day 1 Pick up in Nairobi and drive to Samburu National Reserve arriving in time for lunch, a short rest and relaxation followed by a late evening game drive. I use very clean latest model Toyota land-cruiser off road. The bus is air conditioned and also has a pop up roof to allow for free circulation of air inside it as well as visibility and the ease to take photos and interact with the environment freely.
