Aren't you tired of busy sightseeing spots a little bit? Don't you want to move your body, and enjoy workout on the mountain path with some calm historical sites? If you think so, I recommend this trekking tour. This tour includes hiking from Yamashina Bishamondo Temple to Ginkakuji Silver Pavilion via Eastern Mountain Trekking Route. Bishamondo is a temple that is associated with the Imperial family, and its beautiful precincts attract many photographers, especially during the cherry blossom and autumn foliage season. In particular, Mt. Daimonji offers you a spectacular view of Kyoto that most tourists (even Japanese) have never seen. I think It is unmistakably the top observation deck in Kyoto. If you are physically well enough after the hike, It would be nice to visit Ginkakuji Silver Temple, one of the world heritage sites. I love its moss garden. Daimonji) *Have lunch around Ginkakuji 13:30 Ginkakuji (Silver pavilion) *Walking along the Philosopher's Path from Silver Pavilion to Nanzenji Temple 15:00 Nanzenji Temple (Subway station "Keage") (Note) I recommend you should wear sneakers or hiking shoes, and bring a rain wear or an umbrella in case of shower, and also bring some bottles of water and snacks to appease your thirst and hunger temporarily since we will walk about 3-4 hours in mountainous area.
