The Godfather Half Day Tour from Taormina

Come with me to this wonderful movie location and get a real taste of one of the most memorable movies ever! Near the coastal town of Taormina, you'll find Savoca, which stood in for the real village of Corleone in the 1972 classic: The Godfather. The pretty village is dotted with hillside terrace homes where citrus trees and cactus spill out and looks out to the Ionian Sea from one side. We will visit Bar Vitelli, where part of the movie was filmed and where we will eat a delicious granita. We will next visit the Church of San Nicolò, one of the most beautiful historical sites to see in Savoca, to then walk around the village and discover this enchanting place. On the way back to Taormina we will have lunch at a wonderful restaurant overlooking Taormina's Isola Bella, where they recently filmed part of the scenes of a series called "White Lotus.
