Hello, My name is Val. I've been living in Cork, Ireland all my life. I am a Cork local and there is no part of Cork and county I am not familiar with. I specialize in tours ranging from Cobh Port where all cruise liners stop over. I do tours to the beautiful sceneries of Kinsale, to Blarney Castle, where you can kiss the Blarney Stone, Jameson Distillery Experience in Midleton and all through Cork City, where we can stop to see the Shandon Bells and everything else it has to offer. I also do the ring of Kerry, Cliffs of Moher & the Rock of Cashel. I have an 9 seater passenger vehicle which is also wheelchair friendly. Come with me to explore the panoramic views of County Cork with luscious green rolling hills, and I'll share a brief history of what the county can provide. A visit to Ireland would not be complete without exploring the great places Cork is comprised of. I am very accommodating on these tours, if any of these tours need to be amended/ changed for the suitability of my customers, I am more than happy to accommodate and ensure you get the best value from the tours you want to see. Looking forward to our tour, Val. Holder of a Public Service Drivers License issued by The National Transport Authority of Ireland. Qualified Driver/ Guide (Badged) Qualified in First Aid. None.

The Jameson Experience, Midleton, (also known as the Old Midleton Distillery) is an Irish whiskey museum and visitor centre. The Old Midleton Distillery in which the Jameson Experience is located began life as a woollen mill, before being converted to a military barracks and subsequently a distillery in 1825. It is the result of the consolidated operations of three former whiskey-making rivals, John Jameson & Son, John Powers & Son, and Cork Distilleries Company (owners of the Midlelton Distillery), who came together to form Irish Distillers in 1966. The Jameson Distillery is close to my heart. I personally have done the tour where you can do a Jameson tasting of the different flavours and what I like most (and think everyone will enjoy) is that the barley is locally grown in Ireland, and the water comes from the Dungourney River, just down the road which also flows through the distillery.
-We'll begin our day picking you up at a pre-selected pick-up location. -We'd depart on a short drive to the town of Midleton. -On arrival, we'll head towards the unique Jameson Experience. -Inside this Distillery, you'll learn about the master craft involved in producing Ireland's world famous Jameson whiskey and put the theory to the test with a sampling of the Jameson fine produce. -After this experience, we'll return to Cork City and dive into its history by covering some highlights. -We'll first visit the English Market. -Next, we'll pass by St. Fin Barre's Cathedral. -Afterwards, we'll reach Cork City Gaol. -We'll then pass by The Bells of Shandon. -We'll also enjoy the older streets of Cork, which cannot be reached by larger coaches. -At last, you'll be taken back to your accomodation. This itinerary could be customized upon request.
