Just imagine. . . A long and deep scar in the grey limestone of the mediterranean mountain, drained by an azur line which turn green when the ligh changes. On both banks, almost invisible, people are trying to absorb the all picture, trying to be part of this adventure which started million years ago. You are in the Verdon canyon. To appreciate it I will take you thee through the famous Napoleon road, and then the most scenic routes, with several stops to enjoy the majesty of the site. At the end of the corniche roads you will discover a splendid artificial lake which also mark the begining of the lavender country of Valsensole. In season (june/july), you will enjoy the endless purple field. We won't forget the splendid villages of Provence, which are here stunning and authentic.
