The "French Riviera"-private full day tour-

This was an entertaining day. Jacques is a wonderful storyteller, with a lot of life experience that are fun to hear about. And of course the area is amazing, and we even got to drive a lap on the Monaco Gran Prix track (at slow speeds of course.) We enjoyed this a lot

When I rate a TBL guide, I consider the lasting impressions/memories the guide imparted. In this, Jacques exceeded expectations. His accounts and recollections have left a lasting impression. Specifically, his stories of growing up around his family friend, the artist Marc Chagall, were moving as my family and theirs all lived in Vitebsk Belarus at the same time. This unique prespective greatly enhanced our visit to the Chagall museum in Nice. Jacques showed us iPhone photos of Chagall works given to his grandfather, many of which have not been seen by the public. He drove us to places that tourists generally do not have access. He showed us sites not infested with tourist and quality vendors with reasonable prices. A fond memory was the Fragonard museum/shop in Eze. It was infested with busloads of tourists. Jacques took us through a side entrance where he set up a personal guide to take us through the masses to privately introduce us to the products. It was wonderful except for the pesky tourists constantly trying to steal our guide, which was annoying. I say this to highlight the point that when you are with Jacques, you never feel like you are a tourist. Everywhere we went, the people knew Jacques, and then they opened doors for us. I am sorry that I missed the deadline to nominate him for the Golden Guide award as he is most deserving and his tour was the highlight of our trip.

Jacques is a renaissance man with deep knowledge about many many things. Our tour included information about the ancient history of the area through the ages and including fascinating details about the present and his own personal experiences.

Jacques Cygler is very knowledgeable. with interesting comments along our tour, also, show us places we never thought of. The tour iin Nice was unforgettable. We look forward to another trip with Professor Jacques Cygler👍🏻👍🏻

We had a super tour with Jacques. He is very personable and knowledgable. Everything was completely customizable and we chose to skip Nice and focus in Saint Paul de Vence, Eze, and Monaco - Monte Carlo. We learned a great deal about the history of the area and it was fabulous to have a van with driver. Jacques knew the best places for photos and food. I would recommend this tour and do it again.

Touring the French Riviera with Jacques Cygler was wonderful. His knowledge of the the history, culture, and insights into the star studded events hosted annually in the region, brought the towns and waterfront to life! I wish we could have added an additional day of touring and fine dining! Thank you for a great experience!
